Strategic Approach summary

The Strategic Approach section of the Plan set out the objectives, spatial strategy, development targets (how many new homes need to be built), and the presumption in favour of sustainable development.

There was just one policy in this section on Development Targets. No policy options were presented. Overall, 80 comments were received, a summary of these can be found in the attached document.
