Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) is an investment of nearly £70m, with £57m funded by the Department for Transport, which will make it easier to walk, cycle and travel by bus in and around the city.
Glen Eyre Quietway is a TCF project which includes improvements for walking and cycling.
In a recent perceptions survey (see file to the right) you said that you had concerns about safety on Glen Eyre Road. These included that traffic moves too fast, there is too much traffic and cycling in the area is not pleasant. Following your comments, we have invited Glen Eyre residents to feedback on a range of traffic calming and safety measures. The Glen Eyre Quietway survey is now closed.
